Research conferences are an important avenue for academics to meet experts in their field from all over the world. Conferences provide opportunities to expand knowledge and learn about the latest research and findings from other institutions. We may find the solutions to our problems from the paper presentations and networking with other academics. Hence, academics should take the opportunity to attend as many conferences as possible to widen their knowledge.

Research conferences are necessary academic platforms that bring together members of the research community for the mutual sharing of research knowledge. Sharing of advances in research during conferences enlighten colleagues’ perspectives to their own research, and open paths for academic discovery among the academic community.

It’s so important that we continue to research and learn about violence against women and social issues affecting women and girls globally by documenting and sharing knowledge on women’s human rights, as we engage in formal research projects on particular topics related to violence against women we need good quality baseline data

We need to learn from research to help us with service delivery Issues such as

Access to Education, Women Empowerment, Reproductive Health & Right, Early Child Forced Marriage, Gender-based Violence, Gender-based Violence, Harmful Cultural Practices and Traditions, Water & Sanitation, Gender Equality

I believe that research informs our ongoing development, and our training needs are one of the primary ways we mobilize and disseminate that knowledge.

Qualitative Research is also used to uncover trends in thought and opinions, and dive deeper into the problem.

It also help organisation to apply for funds as it helps them to show issue and provide Sats and figures , data to potential funders also A good example of a qualitative research method would be unstructured interviews which generate qualitative data through the use of open questions. This allows the respondent to talk in some depth, choosing their own words. Case studies can be very impactful

This helps the researcher develop a real sense of a person's understanding of a situation.
